What did the client need?

The client, an agency that has built apps and platforms for about eight years, was creating a meditation app for one of its own customers. Its team built the main mobile app. It needed a partner to build the web version, at short notice and against strict deadlines.

  • A short survey that collects feedback from each user.
  • Personalised suggestions: sample meditation tracks to try when studying or under stress, based on the survey answers.
  • A finished design built from the agency’s outline and rough sketches.

What did the team build?

A web app that turns a few survey answers into meditation suggestions.

How did the project run?

  1. Outline to agreed format. The agency shared an outline with rough images. The team turned it into a format the agency approved before building.

  2. Technology choice. The team recommended the technology and built the web app in HTML and PHP.

  3. Build and test. A team of 3–4 designed, developed and tested the app, led by Intelivita’s Managing Director.

  4. Communication. The agency and team worked over Slack, Skype and phone calls, and every milestone and deliverable was met.

What was the result?

The web app launched on time. The agency received positive feedback on the platform, and users found it intuitive. The agency said: “We will definitely be working together in the future.”

What did the client say?

“Intelivita delivered on time and quickly ironed out any small obstacle we might have had. Their communication was fantastic.”
